CDC: Staff recommends that the Community Development 25-1033 Commission (CDC) adopt a resolution approving a Development Plan (RD23-00002), Tentative Map (RT23-00001), Density Bonus (DB23-00005), and Regular Coastal Permit (RRP23-00002) to allow the construction of a proposed mixed-use development project comprised of 326 residential units, including 33 units reserved for low-income households, and 26,490 square feet of commercial floor area on a 2.72-acre site located at 401 Mission Avenue. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council introduce an 25-985 ordinance amending Chapter 37, Article IX relating to cross-connection and backflow devices to comply with the new requirements of the updated Cross-Connection Control Policy Handbook adopted by the State Water Resources Control Board.
