20251014 LA County Gardena City Council Order of Business 10 10.B. October 7, 2025 MEETING, ITEM 6.B. ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT #3-25, SITE PLAN REVIEW #2-25 The Planning and Environmental Quality Commission reviewed a request for a Site Plan Review (SPR #2-25) to allow a modification to an existing motor vehicle dealership to add a 4,260 square-foot building for an auto repair facility, located in the General Commercial (C-3) zone, in accordance with Section 18.44.010.B of the Gardena Municipal Code. APPLICANT: Franz Nalenzy, Gardena Honda LOCATION: 15541 South Western Avenue, APN (4063-018-037) Commission Action: The Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. PC 14-25, by a vote of 5-0, approving Site Plan Review #2-25, and Environmental Assessment #3-25, determined that the project is exempt from CEQA, and directed staff to file a Notice of Exemption. - City Council Action: Receive and file OR call for review (by way of two votes from the City Council). 11.
