Award Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2025-07 for Design Engineering Services for the Azusa Avenue Pedestrian Handicap Accessibility & Signal Synchronization Improvements Project to Kimley Horn and Associates, Inc. (“Kimley Horn”). 2. Authorize the Acting City Manager to negotiate and execute a Professional Services Agreement with Kimley Horn, in an amount not to exceed $544,121.31, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney. 3. Authorize a design contingency budget of $90,362.65 for the optional fiber design services to be determined based on the preliminary design recommendations, to be used, if necessary, with the Acting City Manager’s approval. 4.
