Executive Summary: On March 15, 2023, the City of Lynwood and the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) entered into an agreement for implement capacity improvements along Imperial Highway. On August 15, 2023, City Council awarded a construction contract to All American Asphalt for the Imperial Highway Corridor Capacity Enhancement Project. The total project cost, including construction, change orders, construction management and inspection, labor compliance, and project management, is $4,468,952.90. The project has been completed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and is now ready for formal acceptance by the City Council.
