(Housing Authority) Declaration that Nine (9) Vacant Parcels of Real Property are Exempt Surplus Land Pursuant to California Surplus Land Act Geoffrey Buchheim, Administrative Services Director 935 - 950 Recommendation: Adopt a resolution of the Desert Hot Springs Housing Authority Board of Directors declaring that nine (9) vacant parcels of real property identified as APNs 638-152-006, 639-182-051, 639-191-048, 639-221-017, 641092-034, 667-120-018, 667-120-020, 667-120-021 and 667-120-022 are exempt surplus land pursuant to the California Surplus Land Act (Government Code § 54220 et seq.) and finding that such declaration is exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act, and taking related actions.
