Adopt both resolutions justifying the local amendments to the Building and Fire Code ordinances. 3. Waive second reading and adopt the ordinance and find that is exempt from further environmental review under 14 Cal. Code Regs. §§ 5308,15061(b)(3) and 5060(c)(2). 4.
