Adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2025-55 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING A SUBAWARD AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES AGING AND DISABILITIES DEPARTMENT FOR THE ELDERLY NUTRITION PROGRAM (SUBAWARD NUMBER ENP 252609) AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR THE ACTING CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE SUBAWARD AGREEMENT AND FUTURE AMENDMENTS TO THE SUBAWARD AGREEMENT 2.
