20260203 Orange County Dana Point City Council Item 9. SIXTH AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GHD, INCORPORATED FOR THE STORM DRAIN MASTER PLAN UPDATE RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council: 1) Authorize the City Manager to execute a Sixth Amendment to the Consultant Services Agreement with GHD Inc for preparation of the Storm Drain Master Plan Update to increase the not-to-exceed amount and add one 2-year optional term extension; and 2) Approve the budget adjustment as outlined in the Fiscal Impact Section.
