(SABA)\nRECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends City Council approve an award of construction contract\nagreement with Christensen Brothers General Engineering, Inc. in the amount of $4,367,030, to provide\nconstruction of Bartlett Avenue Rehabilitation Project between Adelanto Road and Lilac Road , authorizing\nproject construction contingency in the amount of $436,703 for the construction, authorizing City Manager\nor designee to expend the contingency fund, if necessary to complete the project, and determine the project\nis categorically exempt from further environmental review in accordance with Section 15301 of the state\nguidelines implementing the California Environmental Quality Act.\n.\nPUBLIC COMMENT: OPEN: CLOSED:
