2.\nApproval of meeting minutes:\nDecember 10, 2026 – Regular Meeting

3.\nApproval of fifth amendment to the Independent Contractor Services Agreement contract with David\nEvans and Associates, Inc. (DEA) in the amount of $120,000.

4.\nReceive and file the City’s annual audit reports and financial statements for the fiscal year\nended June 30, 2024.

5.\nApproval of Warrant Demand Schedule 25/26-08-001\na. City of Adelanto Check Warrant No. 151645 through 151669 in total amount\nof $44,108.30\nb. City of Adelanto EFT No. 4230 through 4240 and 4890 through 4947 in total amount\nof $2,704,432.95.

3.\nApproval Amendment No. seven to the Professional Consultant Services Agreement with IDEATE\nCalifornia to extend Section 3.1.2 Term on the attached Agreement for two (2) years with compensation\nnot-to-exceed Two Hundred Fifty-two Thousand Dollars ($252,000).
