1.\nAPPROVAL OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY\nSERVICES WITH DATA NET SOLUTIONS (SABA)\nRECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends City Council approve a Professional Service\nAgreement (PSA) with Data Net Solutions, Inc. in the amount of $297,006, a one year contract\nwith two (2) administratively done one year extensions with $297,006 per year cost for Managed\nIT Services and Information Technology Consultant Support and authorizing the City Manager to\nsign the agreement and approve minor non-substantive amendments consistent with the approved\nbudget and subject to legal approval on behalf of the City Council.\nOPEN:\nCLOSED
