1. \nADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 660, WHICH PROPOSES AMENDMENTS TO THE\nADELANTO ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT (ADU) AND JUNIOR ACCESSORY DWELLING\nUNIT (JADU) REGULATIONS TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY WITH THE APPLICABLE\nGOVERNMENT CODE SECTIONS AS OUTLINED BELOW: (JIM/NYEKA)\nORDINANCE 660 – ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 17.20.080 ACCESSORY DWELLING\nUNITS AND JUNIOR ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS TO ESTABLISH THE REGULATIONS\nAND PROCEDURES FOR THE REVIEW OF ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS (ADUS) AND\nJUNIOR ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS (JADUS), IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE\nCALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE (GOV. 1.\nAPPROVAL OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH HARDY & HARPER FOR\nSENECA ROAD REHABILITATION PROJECT (KAVOUS/GARY)\nRECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends City Council approve the award of a Professional\nService Agreement (PSA) with Hardy & Harper in the amount of $2,164.000 for the Seneca\nRoad Rehabilitation Project and authorizing the City Manager to sign the agreement on behalf of\nthe City Council.\nOPEN:\nCLOSED

2.\nAPPROVAL OF ORDINANCE NO. 661 OF THE CITY OF ADELANTO PERTAINING TO\nTHE MAINTENANCE OF VACANT LAND OR PROPERTY\nORDINANCE NO. 661\nAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ADELANTO PERTAINING\nTO THE MAINTENANCE OF VACANT LAND OR PROPERTY\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff\nrecommends City Council introduce and conduct the first reading\nof Ordinance No.661 to approve\nan ordinance of the city of Adelanto pertaining to the maintenance\nof vacant land or property. City Council schedules the second reading of Ordinance No. 661 for the\nnext regularly scheduled Council meeting.
