2. Approve Fourth Amendment to Agreement for Design Professional Consultant Services, with m6 Consulting, Inc., for Construction Engineering Services Related to the Ladyface Greenway Project RECOMMENDATION: 1) Approve the Fourth Amendment to Agreement for Design Professional Consultant Services, with m6 Consulting, Inc., for construction engineering services related to the Ladyface Greenway Project; and 2) Authorize the City Manager to prepare and execute the Fourth Amendment with m6 to include the additional scope of work and to increase the total not-to-exceed contract by an additional $1,000.

3. Approve the Consumption of Alcohol in a Designated Area in Reyes Adobe Park and Historical Site for Reyes Adobe Days 2026 RECOMMENDATION: Approve the consumption of alcohol in a designated area in Reyes Adobe Park and Historical Site in order to complete the process of the Temporary Use Permit authorizing the activities offered for Reyes Adobe Days.
