Approve Contract Documents, Specifications, and Plans for Glenwood Drive\nStreet Rehabilitation Project between SR 73 and Aliso Creek Road;\n2. Award a contract in the amount of $1,110,000 to Onyx Paving Company, Inc. as\nthe lowest responsible bidder for the Glenwood Drive Street Rehabilitation Project\nbetween SR 73 and Aliso Creek Road;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Onyx Paving Company,\nInc.;\n4.
