Approve an agreement in the amount of $64,000 to United Building and\nDevelopment Services. LLC as the lowest responsible bidder for the Aliso Viejo\nRanch wood sealing project;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with United Building\nDevelopment Services, LLC; and\n3.
