Approve a Second Amendment to the Management Services Agreement with Aliso Viejo Banquet Center, LLC and Wedgewood Beverage, Inc. (Wedgewood) for the management and operations of the Aliso Viejo Center extending the agreement for an additional two-year term; and 2.
