Approve a First Amendment to Professional Services Agreement with Overland, Pacific & Cutler,\nLLC, increasing the contract authority from $100,000 to $200,000 and extending the term for one\nyear, for on-call professional services to provide relocation guidance and assistance to eligible\nparties impacted by development activities; and authorize the Executive Director, or designee, to\nexecute and administer the amendment.\nAdjourn the Anaheim Housing Authority.
