Approve Contract Number MA# 106-498347 with Signature Flooring, Inc., in an amount not to\nexceed $211,770, for the removal and replacement of carpet at the Anaheim Convention\nCenter for a one year term; authorize the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute all\nnecessary contractual documents related to the agreement; and exercise any necessary\nchange orders required to complete the work, in accordance with Request for Bids #9846.

Grainger Inc., in an amount not to\nexceed $1,500,000 per year, for the purchase of maintenance, repair, and operation supplies,\nparts, equipment and materials; and authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute an agreement\neffective until December 31, 2027, with an option to renew for two additional one year periods.

Approve Contract Number MA# 106-498336 with BPS Tactical, Inc. for External Load Bearing\nVests, in an amount not to exceed $200,000 plus applicable tax for a one year period, with four\none-year optional renewal periods not exceeding $65,000 per year, for a total contract amount\nnot to exceed $460,000 plus applicable tax; and authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute all\nnecessary contractual documents related to the agreement, including optional renewals, in\naccordance with Bid #9822.

6. Approve a post construction Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release with EBS General\nEngineering, Inc., in the amount of $290,000; and authorize the Director of Public Works to\nexecute the agreement and to take the necessary actions to implement and administer the\nagreement.

Award a Professional Design Services Agreement to SWA Group, in the amount of $1,390,875,\nfor the La Palma Park and Swan Street Parking Lot Renovation Project; authorize the Director\nof Community Services, or designee, to execute the agreement and related documents and to\ntake the necessary actions to implement and administer the agreement and authorize de\nminimis changes that do not substantially change the terms and conditions of the agreement,\nas determined by the City Attorney's Office; authorize the Director of Community Services to\nincrease the contract amount by up to 10%, if such increase is necessary; and determine that\nthis action is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to\nSection 15306 of Title 14 of California Code of Regulations (Information Collection).

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF ANAHEIM authorizing the Fire Chief or his designee to submit a grant application on behalf\nof the City of Anaheim to the Federal Emergency Management Agency of the U.S. Department\nof Homeland Security for the Fiscal Year 2024 Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program (AFG)\nand rescinding Resolution No. 2024-133 [Increase the Fire & Rescue Department budget\naccordingly, in an amount not to exceed $743,475 for the fiscal year in which grant funds are\nawarded, if the application is successful; a 10% local match of up to $73,448 will be required].
