Approve Contract MA# 106-498467 with Diamond Environmental Services LP, in an annual\namount not to exceed $185,000 plus a 20% contingency, for as-needed rental of portable\nrestrooms, showers, temporary fencing, and other related services for a one year term with two\none-year optional renewals, for a total cumulative amount not to exceed $555,000; and authorize\nthe Purchasing Agent to execute all necessary contractual documents related to the agreement in\naccordance with Regional Cooperative Agreement Contract Number 017-23010021 between the\nCounty of Orange and Diamond Environmental Services LP.

Approve Contract MA# 106-498509 with Convergint Technologies LLC, i) in an annual amount\nnot to exceed $100,000 with total not to exceed amount of $400,000 for the Anaheim Convention\nCenter; and (ii) in an annual amount not to exceed $250,000 with total not to exceed amount of\n$400,000 for Anaheim Public Utilities, for the as-needed purchase of facility technology\nintegration & security system services for a combined total amount not to exceed $800,000,\neffective through February 18, 2029; and authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute all\nnecessary contractual documents related to the agreement in accordance with Cooperative\nSourcewell Master Agreement #121024 between Sourcewell and Convergint Technologies LLC.

Approve Amendment Number One (1) to Contract MA# 106-498192 with Ortiz Custom\nUpholstery, Inc. to increase the annual not to exceed amount from $67,000 to $130,000, for a\ncumulative amount not to exceed $650,000 over the term of the contract, including four one-year\noptional renewals, for the purchase of as-needed modular furniture repair services for the\nAnaheim Convention Center; and authorize the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute all\ndocuments necessary to implement this amendment and future renewals.\n5 May 13, 2025

Approve the Amended and Restated Agreement, in substantial form, with the Anaheim/Orange\nCounty Visitor & Convention Bureau dba Visit Anaheim authorizing Visit Anaheim to provide the\nservices necessary to promote Anaheim as a premier tourist and trade show/convention\ndestination, with additional oversight by the City, with compensation paid to Visit Anaheim by the\nCity set at an amount of 75% of the net Anaheim Tourism Improvement District assessments\ncollected monthly by the City (the ATID assessment is equal to two percent (2%) of the nightly\nroom rate), for a three-year term which will automatically renew annually unless the agreement is\nterminated pursuant to Section 21 of the agreement; authorize de minimis changes to the\nagreement that do not substantially change the terms and conditions as determined by the City\nAttorney’s Office; and authorize the Executive Director of the Convention, Sports & Entertainment\nDepartment to execute any other related documents and to take the necessary actions to\nimplement and administer the agreement [Continued from the Council meeting of April 22, 2025,\nItem No.13].

Approve Third Amendments to Water Conservation Funding Agreements No. 66637 and No.\n70026 with the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (MWD) to extend the term of\neach agreement by ten years and to implement administrative updates and clarifications to\nMWD’s water conservation funding programs; and authorize the Public Utilities General Manager,\nor designees, to execute the amendments and related documents and to take the necessary or\nadvisable actions to implement and administer the amended agreements.
