Open Public Hearing.\nB. Adopt Resolution No. 2023-04, confirming delinquent utility fees\nand costs against real property located in the Town, and\ndirecting that said assessments constitute a lien upon said\nproperties.\nC. Close Public Hearing.

7.2 INTRODUCE ORDINANCE NO. 564 - AN\nORDINANCE OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF\nTHE TOWN OF APPLE VALLEY AMENDING\nTHE NAME OF TITLE 10, AMENDING\nSECTIONS 10.01.010 AND 10.01.070 OF\nCHAPTER 10.01 OF TITLE 10, AND ADDING\nCHAPTER 10.02 TO TITLE 10 THE THE\nTOWN OF\nAPPLE VALLEY CODE TO UPDATE, STREAMLINE, REINFORCE,\nCLARIFY AND CONSOLIDATE THE TOWN’S CODE PROVISIONS\nRELATING TO THE USE, CONSTRUCTION, PERMITTING AND\nREGULATION OF THE SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM, INCLUDING\nADDITION OF A COMPREHENSIVE FATS, OILS, AND GREASE\nPROGRAM; AND FINDING THE ACTION EXEMPT FROM THE\nCALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT\nA. Find that the proposed adoption of Ordinance No. 564 is not\nsubject to and is exempt from CEQA based upon a finding that,\nunder section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines, it can be\nseen with certainty that there is no possibility that the proposed\namendment may have a significant effect on the environment.\nB. Move to waive the reading of Ordinance No. 564 in its entirety\nand read by title only.\nC. Move to introduce Ordinance No. 564 amending the name of\nTitle 10, amending section 10.01.010 and 10.01.070 of Chapter\n10.01 of Title 10, and adding Chapter 10.02 to Title 10 of the\nTown of Apple Valley Municipal Code.\nD. Direct staff to file a Notice of Exemption.
