6.5 VARIANCE FOR 21754 ZUNI DRIVE REGARDING FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION\nIN APPLE VALLEY DRY LAKE OVERLAY\nIt is recommendation that the Town Council approve a variance for 21754 Zuni Drive\nallowing a finish flood elevation of 2910.5.

6.6 APPROVE ADDENDUM NO. 1 TO R.T. DESAI & ASSOCIATES’ PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT\nApprove Addendum No. 1 to R.T. Desai & Associates’ Professional Services\nAgreement for continued accounting and finance assistance for fiscal year 2023-24.

6.8 EXTENSION OF TIME TO COMPLETE IMPROVEMENTS, NEW AGREEMENTS\nAND SECURITIES FOR TRACT MAP NO. 15286\nThat the Town Council approve an extension of time for the construction of\nimprovements, new securities and agreements for Tract Map 15286, subject to\napproval as to form by the Town Attorney and as to content by the Town Manager.

7.1 RESOLUTION NO. 2024-02, TO RECORD DELINQUENT UTILTY FEES AND COST\nAGAINST REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE TOWN OF APPLE VALLEY AND\nDIRECTING THAT SAID ASSESSMENTS CONSTITUTE A LIEN UPON SAID\nPROPERTIES\nThat the Town Council:\nA. Open Public Hearing.\nB. Adopt Resolution No. 2024-02, confirming delinquent utility fees and costs\nagainst real property located in the Town, and directing that said\nassessments constitute a lien upon said properties.\nC. Close Public Hearing.

8.1 YUCCA LOMA ROAD WIDENING – APPLE VALLEY ROAD TO HIGHWAY 18\nIt is recommended that the Town Council provide direction regarding the widening of\nYucca Loma Road between Apple Valley Road and Highway 18.

8.2 PARKS PRIORITY PROJECTS AND QUIMBY FUNDING\nThat the Town Council: (1) approve the Parks and Recreation Infrastructure and\nCapital Projects Priority List; and (2) authorize the allocation of Quimby Funds to the\nparks projects in accordance with the Parks and Recreation Infrastructure and Capital\nProjects Priority List.
