That the Town Council adopt the design of the project represented by the Plans and Specifications for the Yucca Loma\nRoad Widening Project No. 2015-06;\nB. That the Town Council award a contract to Onyx Paving Company, Inc. for the Yucca Loma Road Widening project in the\namount of $1,468,000.00 and a 10% contingency of $146,800.00, for a total amount not to exceed $1,614,800.00.\nC. Approve a Budget Amendment allocating $1,149,620.00 in Traffic Impact Fee funds to cover construction costs and\nadditional staff time.
