Direct the Town Clerk to file the Notice of Completion for the contract work.\nC. Direct the Finance Director to release the retained funds 30 days after the Notice of Completion has been filed, provided\nno claims are filed against the contractor.

6.6 KONICA MINOLTA LEASE AGREEMENT\nThat the Town Council approve and authorize the Town Manager or designee to execute the lease agreement with Konica\nMinolta, for a 60-month lease of eight (8) copiers in an amount estimated not to exceed $55,000 annually.

6.7 APPROVE BUDGET INCREASE FOR A RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION LOAN PROGRAM\nCONTRACT\nApprove a budget increase for the Residential Rehabilitation Loan Program Contract no. H24-04 subject to “Aproval as to\nForm” by the Town Attorney, and “Approval as to Content” by the Town Manager.

Adopt Resolution No. 2024-20, “A Resolution of\nthe Town Council of the Town of Apple Valley confirming diagram and assessment and levying assessment for fiscal year\n2024-2025”

7.2 A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF APPLE VALLEY, CALIFORNIA,\nAMENDING AND ESTABLISHING SPECIFIED FEES FOR TOWN SERVICES\nAdopt Resolution No. 2022-21 a Resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Apple Valley, California, amending and\nestablishing specified fees for Town services for Fiscal Year 2022-2023.

7.3 ADOPT RESOLUTION NO 2024-22 CONFIRMING DELINQUENT ANIMAL CONTROL, UTILITY AND\nCODE ENFORCEMENT FEES AND COSTS AGAINST REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE TOWN,\nAND DIRECTING THAT SAID ASSESSMENTS CONSTITUTE A LIEN UPON SAID PROPERTIES.\nThat the Town Council:\nA. Open public hearing, hear testimony, and close public hearing; and\nB. Adopt Resolution No. 2024-22, confirming delinquent animal control, utility and code enforcement fees and costs\nagainst real property located in the Town, and directing that said assessments constitute a lien upon said properties.

8.1 SELECTION OF TOWN COUNCIL VOTING DELEGATE AND VOTING ALTERNATES TO THE\nLEAGUE OF CALIFORNIA CITIES’ 2024 ANNUAL CONFERENCE\nNominate one Council Member as voting delegate and three (3) Council Members as voting alternates representing the Town\nof Apple Valley at the League of California Cities’ 2023 Annual Conference.

Adopt Resolution No. 2024-23 calling for the placement of a General Tax Measure on the ballot for the November 5,\n2024 General Municipal Election for the submission to qualified voters of an Ordinance to enact a Transactions and Use\n(Sales) Tax at the rate of one cent (1¢).\nB. Adopt Resolution No. 2024-24 requesting the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Bernardino to consolidate a\nGeneral Municipal Election to be held on November 5, 2024 with the Statewide General Election to be held on that date\npursuant to Elections Code Section 10403.\nC. Adopt Resolution No. 2024-25 providing for the filing of the primary and rebuttal arguments and setting rules for the\nfiling of written arguments regarding a Town Measure to be submitted at the November 5, 2024 General Municipal\nElection.
