The addendum updates procedures requiring the\nTown to notify the District by the next working day of any health or safety\nconcerns, criminal matters involving staff, or building safety issues. It also\nreflects an increase in program fees to account for rising operational\ncosts set forth in the original Joint Use Agreement.\n21

6.9\nAPPROVE AMENDMENT FOR A ROUNDABOUT AT YUCCA LOMA\nROAD AND RINCON ROAD\nApprove an addendum to the existing Professional Services Agreement\nwith Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. to include full design services for a\nroundabout at the intersection of Yucca Loma Road and Rincon Road for\nan added cost of $208,800.00. Approval is subject to review as to form\nby the Town Attorney and as to content by the Town Manager.\n79
