In the Amount of $125,819.00\nand Authorize a 15% Contingency in the Amount of $18,872.85, for a Total Not-To-\nExceed Amount of $144,691.85; And\n— 4. 9J. 2025 City of Artesia Pavement Management Program\n— Recommendation: Consider and find That the Pavement Management System Is\nExempt From the California Environmental Quality Act Pursuant To State CEQA\nGuidelines Section 15301;\n— Approve the Proposed 2025 City of Artesia Pavement Management System;\n— Authorize the City Manager to Sign and Submit a Pavement Management System\nCertification to the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority; And\n— Authorize Staff to File a Notice of Exemption With the Los Angeles County Clerk\nWithin Five (5) Days.

9K. Request to Display the Progress Pride Flag at City Hall in Recognition of Pride Month\n— Recommendation: Approve the Display of the Progress Pride Flag on the Flag Pole in\nFront of City Hall From June 2, 2025 to June 30, 2025 per the City’s Flag Display\nPolicy.

Resolutions for Street Lighting Maintenance District Initiating Proceedings, Approving\nthe Engineer’s Report, Declaring the City’s Intention to Levy and Collect Assessments, and\nSetting the Date of the Public Hearing\n— Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 25-3036, Initiating Proceedings for the\nLevy and Collection of Assessments Within the City of Artesia Street Lighting\nMaintenance District for Fiscal Year 2025-26 and Ordering the Preparation of an\nEngineer’s Report Pursuant to the Provisions of Part 2 of Division 15 of the Streets; and\nHighways Code;\n— Adopt Resolution No. 25-3034, Approving the Report of the Engineer for Fiscal Year\n2025-26 in Connection With the City of Artesia Street Lighting Maintenance District;\nAnd\n— Adopt Resolution No. 25-3035, Declaring Its Intention to Levy and Collect\nAssessments Within the City of Artesia Street Lighting Maintenance District for Fiscal\nYear 2025-26 Pursuant to the Provisions of Part 2 of Division 15 of the Streets and\nHighways Code, and Appointing a Time and Place for Hearing Protests.
