ACCEPT GRANT FUNDING FROM PROP 68 LOCAL PARK REHABILITATION, CREATION,\nAND IMPROVEMENTS AND APPROVE THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF\nPLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT AT PIONEER PARK.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nAccept $208,485 in Prop 68 Per Capita Grant Program funds; and Waive the competitive bid process as\nauthorized under Azusa Municipal Code Section 2.521(a) and approve the purchase and installation of new\nplayground equipment at Pioneer Park by Innovative Playgrounds Co. in the amount of $290,276.62, which\nincludes a 10% contingency.\nTotal Cost: $290,276.62 Is the Cost of this item budgeted?
