1.\nPUBLIC HEARING - FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AZUSA CITY\nCOUNCIL AMENDING SECTIONS 88.24.005 (ALLOWED USES IN DISTRICTS), 88.28.030\n(SPECIAL PURPOSE ZONE LAND USES AND PERMIT REQUIREMENTS), 88.30.070\n(TRASH ENCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS), (DRIVEWAYS AND SITE ACCESS), AND\nSECTION 88.70.020 (DEFINITIONS OF SPECIALIZED TERMS AND PHRASES).\nADDITIONALLY, AN AMENDMENT TO THE TOD SPECIFIC PLAN TO EXPAND THE\nSTANDARD OPERATING HOURS IN THE DOWNTOWN AND DOWNTOWN EXPANSION\nDISTRICTS.
