Thomas Construction has completed the\nunderground line extension with plans and specifications for Project LD2023-4; and 2) Approve the\nNotice of Completion and authorize the Mayor to execute the Notice of Completion on behalf of the\nCity; and 3) Authorize the City Clerk to submit the Notice of Completion for recordation to the Office of\nthe County Recorder of Los Angeles County, within ten days of the Utility Board approval, as required\nby Section 3093 of the California Civil Code.
