5. APPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT RELATED TO ARPA FUNDS FOR BARSTOW CEMETERY\nRESTROOM PROJECT\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve the contract between San Bernardino County and the City of Barstow in the amount\nnot to exceed $400,000.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign and execute the appropriate documents.\n3. Authorize city staff to request the rejected CDBG funds of $65,000 to be moved to\nunprogrammed funds.
