PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING MARRIOTT HOTEL TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX\nREIMBURSEMENT SUBSIDY AGREEMENT AND CITY’S OUTSIDE COUNSEL EVALUATION\nOF AGREEMENT’S FORMATION\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends the City Council review this information and hold this additional public hearing,\nper Government Code section 53083, to receive public comment and confirm that the developer\nremains in compliance with the agreement, allowing staff to implement the agreement and make\nthe first subsidy payment, unless directed otherwise by the City Council.\nBUSINESS / ACTION ITEMS:\nCITY COUNCIL:
