Award project number 2023-02 / BARS-22-1-03K/0260 North Barstow ADA Infrastructure\nProject to TSR Construction and Inspection.\n2. Approve an overall project budget of $356,113.\n3. And authorize the City Manager or designated representative to sign the contract.
