Approve the allocation of Un-Programmed CBDG funds to the North Barstow ADA\nInfrastructure Improvement Project for the amount of $261,675 to fully fund and complete\nthe project.

7. AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR NORTH BARSTOW ADA INFRASTRUCTURE\nIMPROVEMENTS\nRecommended Action:\nStaff Recommends that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Award project number 2023-02 / BARS-22-1-03K/0260 North Barstow ADA Infrastructure\nProject to TSR Construction and Inspection.\n2. Approve an overall project budget of $356,113.\n3. And authorize the City Manager or designated representative to sign the contract.
