11. RESOLUTION TO ADOPT PROJECTS FUNDED BY SB1 FOR FY 2023-2024: THE ROAD\nREPAIR AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT\nRecommended Action:\n1. Staff recommends that the City Council approve Resolution No. ____-2024, adopting the\nprojects list (Attachment A) funded by SB 1 and waive the full reading in its entirety.\n2.
