10. RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2023-2027 MEASURE I FIVE YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT\nPROGRAM\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council enact the following actions:\n1. Approve Resolution No. ____-2024 adopting the City of Barstow's Measure I Capital\nImprovement Program for Fiscal Year 2024/2025 through 2028/2029 and waive the full\nreading.\n2. 11. RESOLUTION TO ADOPT PROJECTS FUNDED BY SB1 FOR FY 2023-2024: THE ROAD\nREPAIR AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT\nRecommended Action:\n1. Staff recommends that the City Council approve Resolution No. ____-2024, adopting the\nprojects list (Attachment A) funded by SB 1 and waive the full reading in its entirety.\n2. Direct staff to forward the project list and resolution to the California Transportation Committee.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS NECESSARY\nFOR LOCAL ROADWAY SAFETY PLAN (LRSP) FUNDING\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Waive the reading in full.\n2. Adopt Resolution No. ____-2024 authorizing the City Manager to execute the Master\nAgreement and Program Supplemental Agreement that must be executed on behalf of the City as\npart of the California Department of Transportation's funding process.\n3. Authorize the revenue budget for the LRSP Grant for $72,000 in the Reimbursable Grant Fund,\naccount number 217.217.116.672.\n4. Appropriate $72,000.00 to the Reimbursable Grant Fund, as expenditure in account number\n217.217.217.07.745.
