10. PLANNING COMMISSION VACANCY\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Direct the City Clerk to publicly announce the two openings on the Planning Commission and\nto approve the application submission timelines specified in the Staff Report;\n2. And designate two Council members to participate in an Ad HOC committee, which will have\nthe specific and temporary duty of selecting commissioners to fill the two (2) vacant positions.

8. APPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT RELATED TO ARPA FUNDS FOR BARSTOW CEMETERY\nRESTROOM PROJECT AND AWARD OF CONTRACT TO TSR CONSTRUCTION\nINCORPORATED\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve the amended contract between San Bernardino County and the City of Barstow in the\namount not to exceed $446,672.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign and execute the appropriate documents.\n3. Authorize city staff to award the contract to the lowest bidder TSR Construction Incorporated.
