AS POLICE CHIEF\nRecommended Action:\nAdopt Resolution Approving a Second Amendment to the Interim City Manager, Public Safety\nDirector, and Police Chief Employment Agreement, extending its term through April 1, 2025; and\na successor Employment Agreement for Mr. Espinoza to continue service to the City as Police\nChief for three years.
