CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE SOFTWARE CONSULTING\nSERVICES AGREEMENT FOR AN INCREASE TO PROVIDE SYSTEM CONVERSION\nSUPPORT SERVICES ON THE CITY'S ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERP) SYSTEM\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends the City Council approve an amendment to the existing contract budget,\nincreasing the not-to-exceed amount from 65K to $125,000 and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute an amended contract.
