(City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council read by title only, waive further\nreading and adopt Resolution 2023-08 titled:\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BELL\nCONSENTING TO THE INCLUSION OF PROPERTIES WITHIN THE\nTERRITORY OF THE CITY IN THE CSCDA OPEN PACE PROGRAMS;\nAUTHORIZING THE CALIFORNIA STATEWIDE COMMUNITIES\nDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY TO ACCEPT APPLICATIONS FROM\nMeeting of the\nBell City Council and Related Agencies\nFebruary 8, 2023\nPROPERTY OWNERS, CONDUCT CONTRACTUAL ASSESSMENT\nPROCEEDINGS AND LEVY CONTRACTUAL ASSESSMENTS WITHIN\nTHE TERRITORY OF THE CITY; AND AUTHORIZING RELATED\nACTIONS

2. Approve an “On Call” Concrete Remediation Agreement with Southern California Precision\nConcrete, Inc. for FY 2022/2023. (City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Award an “On Call” Concrete Remediation Agreement in the amount of $250,000 to\nSouthern California Precision Concrete, Inc. for the Concrete Shaving Project; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee, to execute change orders to the project in\na total amount not to exceed $25,000 (ten percent of contract amount) for any\nnecessary additional work.

Authorize the City Manager or his designee to act as the authorized representative to\nadminister the grant received from the Office of Grants and Local Services;\n2. Approve the Pritchard Field Park strategy; and\n3. Read by title only, waive further reading and adopt Resolution No. 2023-09 titled:\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nBELL AMENDING THE APPLICATION FOR STATEWIDE PARK\nDEVELOPMENT AND COMMUNITY REVITALIZATION\nPROGRAM GRANT FUNDS BY CHANGING THE AUTHORIZED\nREPRESENTATIVE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF BELL TO\nTHE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE.

They\nare acted upon by the City Council and related authorities at one time without discussion.
