2. Shelter Bed Pilot Project Renewal Agreements. (City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve in form the draft Reimbursement Agreement between the LCA1 cities (Bell\nGardens, Commerce, Cudahy, Huntington Park, Maywood, South Gate, and Vernon)\nand the City of Bell, with the understanding that the final agreement will return for\nCity Council execution in June 2024 after the LCA1 cities have each approved the\nAgreement and the Measure H funding has been approved.\n2. Approve in form the draft Social Services Collaborator Agreement between the\nSalvation Army and the City of Bell, with the understanding that the final agreement\nwill return for City Council execution in June 2024 after the LCA1 cities have each\napproved the Agreement and the Measure H funding has been approved.

Update to the Salary Range for the position of City Clerk. (City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve a new Salary Range for the position of City Clerk effective the next full pay\nperiod after City Council approval; and\n2. Direct city staff to prepare an update to the Cityâs Employee Salary Schedule\nResolution and incorporate the new Salary Range for the position of City Clerk
