(City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve a Professional\nServices Agreement (PSA) with Forward to perform construction project management/labor\ncompliance services for the City of Bell’s Commercial Rehabilitation Program.

4. Consider the approval of the Professional Service Agreement (PSA) for FORWARD for the\n2023-2024 Residential Rehabilitation Program. (City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve the Professional\nService Agreement (PSA) for FORWARD to perform administrative and oversight of\nsubcontractor services for the City of Bell’s Residential Rehabilitation Program.

5. Consider the approval of the Professional Service Agreement (PSA) for RFRM Collective for\nthe 2023-2024 Commercial Rehabilitation Program. (City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve a Professional\nServices Agreement (PSA) for RFRM Collective to perform architectural design services for\nthe City of Bell’s Commercial Rehabilitation Program.

6. Amendment No. 2 with Graffiti Protective Coatings, Inc. (GPC) for Citywide Graffiti\nAbatement Services. (City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve Amendment No. 2 with\nGraffiti Protective Coatings, Inc. (GPC) for Citywide Graffiti Abatement Services.

7. Consideration to approve Amendment No. 3 with Infinity Technologies for Information\nTechnology (IT) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) services.
