(City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve Amended and Restate\nAgreement with Terra Realty Advisors for real estate services for outdoor advertising/digital\nbillboards with a total contract amount not to exceed $77,500 and including a one-year\nextension and a two (1) year options at the City’s discretion.
