Consideration to approve Amendment No. 2 with Duke Studio, Inc. to extend the Agreement\nfor another year in the amount of $335,000 from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, for Mobile\nHome Parks and Housing Unit Maintenance Services. (Bell Community Housing Authority)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the Chair and Members of the Board approve\nAmendment No. 2 with Duke Studio, Inc. to extend the Agreement for another year for Mobile\nHome Parks and Housing Unit Maintenance Services.

3. Consideration to approve a new Agreement with Infinity Technologies for Information\nTechnology (IT) Managed Services. (City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve a new Agreement with\nInfinity Technologies for Information Technology (IT) Managed Services for three (3) years\nfrom July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2028.

4. Approval of a New Agreement with Granicus for Meeting Production, Recording, and Live\nWeb-Streaming Services. (City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve a New Agreement with\nGranicus for meeting production, recording and live web-streaming services in an amount not\nto exceed $139,707.44 for three-years, with two (2) one-year options.

5. Consideration to Cancel Regular Scheduled Council Meetings. (City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council cancel the July 9, 2025, August\n13, 2025, November 26, 2025, and December 24, 2025, City Council meetings.

6. Approve the Engineer’s Report and Set the Public Hearing to Consider Annual Assessments\nwithin the Citywide Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District with No Increase in\nAssessments. Consideration of a Resolution Approving Participation in the Los Angeles Urban County\nPermanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) Program Year 5, Authorizing Reimbursable\nContract with the County of Los Angeles and Approve the Recommended Programs to be\nFunded. (City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the city council:\n1. Read by title only, waive further reading, and adopt Resolution No. 2025-26 titled:\nA RESOLUTION OF THE BELL CITY COUNCIL APPROVING\nPARTICIPATION IN THE LOS ANGELES URBAN COUNTY\nPERMANENT LOCAL HOUSING ALLOCATION PROGRAM BY\nAUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO SIGN A\nREIMBURSABLE CONTRACT WITH THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY\nDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (LACDA) ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE\nCOUNTY OF LOS ANGELES\n2. Approve Staff-recommended programs that will be funded with the Permanent Local\nHousing Allocation (PLHA) Program Funds Year 5.\n3. Authorize Staff to develop the program policies and guidelines for the programs.\n4. Authorize Staff to incorporate PLHA budget programs and staffing to implement the\nprograms in City Budgets.
