Conduct a public hearing pursuant to Section 6(a)(2) of Article D of the California\nConstitution regarding the proposed changes to the sewer rates;\n2. During the Public Hearing, consider all protests of the proposed changes to the sewer\nrates;\n3. Close the Public Hearing; and\n4.
