(City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve a Public Works\nAgreement between the City of Bell and Bear Electrical Solutions LLC., for Streetlight\nMaintenance and Repair Services in an amount not to exceed $185,000 annually for a term\nof three (3) years.
