2. Approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Contract Services with World Private\nSecurity, Inc. for Crossing Guard Services. (City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve Amendment No. 1 to the\nAgreement for Contract Services between the City of Bell and World Private Security, Inc.,\nexercising one (1) of the two available one-year extension options, extending the term of the\nagreement through June 30, 2026, at an annual cost not to exceed $220,893.75.\nMeeting of the Bell City Council and Related Agencies\nOctober 7, 2025

3. Consideration to approve Amendment No. 2 with Transtech Engineers Inc. for contract\nbuilding official, building inspector, and plan check related services. (City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve Amendment No. 2, which\nis the removal of the split in Developer fees from the contract sum, and decrease the total\ncontract sum from $750,000 to $200,000 with Transtech Engineers for contract building\nofficial, building inspector, and plan check related services for, and on behalf of, the City.

Council Member Ana Maria Quintana select a student commissioner; and\n2. (City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council appoint two (2) Councilmembers\nto serve on the Public Art Ad Hoc Committee.\nConsent Calendar\nThe following Consent Calendar items are expected to be routine and non-controversial.
