Rescind Resolution No. 2025-30; and\n2. Read by title only, waive further reading and adopt Resolution No. 2025-59 titled:\nA RESOLUTION OF THE BELL COMMUNITY HOUSING\nAUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF BELL, DECLARING CERTAIN\nPROPERTY LOCATED AT 6633 ¼ PINE AVE, 6633 ¾ PINE AVE,\n6629 PINE AVE AND 6633 PINE AVE IN THE CITY OF BELL,\nASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBERS (APN’S) 6325-017-900, 6325017-901,\n6325-017-902\nAND\n6325-017-903\n(THE\n“PROPERTIES”) SURPLUS LAND PURSUANT TO THE\nSURPLUS LAND ACT (GOVERNMENT CODE SECTIONS 54220\nET SEQ.)

2. \nApproval of Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Contract Services with Universal\nProtection Services, LP (DBA Allied Universal Security Services) for Jail Services. (City\nCouncil)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve Amendment No. 1 to the\nAgreement for Contract Services between the City of Bell and Universal Protection Services,\nLP, exercising both of the two (2) available one-year extension options, extending the term of\nthe agreement through June 30, 2026, at an annual cost not to exceed $338,810.00.

3. \nApprove an Agreement Between the City of Bell and Transtech Engineers for Project\nManagement, Construction Management, Inspection and Grant Management Services for the\nPritchard Field Project- Phase 2. (City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve the following:\n1. Approve the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Bell and Transtech\nEngineers for Project Management, Construction Management, Inspection and Grant\nManagement Services for the Pritchard Field Project- Phase 2 in the amount of\n$170,326; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute change orders in a total amount\nnot to exceed $17,033 (10% of the proposed fee) for any necessary additional work.
