5. Consideration To Approve a Public Works Agreement between the City of Bell and Crosstown\nElectrical and Data, Incorporated, for Traffic Signal Maintenance and Repair Services. (City\nCouncil)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve a Public Works\nAgreement between the City of Bell and Crosstown Electrical and Data, Inc. for Traffic Signal\nMaintenance and Repair Services in an amount not to exceed $36,482.00 annually for a term\nof three (3) years with the option to extend it by 2 additional one-year terms.

(Bell\nCommunity Housing Authority)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the Chair and Members of the Board approve\nAmendment No. 3 with Duke Studio, Inc. and read by title only, waive further reading, and\nadopt Resolution No. 2025-70 titled:\n“A RESOLUTION OF THE BELL COMMUNITY HOUSING\nAUTHORITY\nAUTHORIZING\nFY\n2025-26\nBUDGET\nAMENDMENT TO TRANSFER $150,000 FROM THE BELL\nCOMMUNITY HOUSING AUTHORITY (BCHA) FUND BALANCE\nRESERVE TO THE BCHA ACCOUNT FOR MISC REPAIRS AND\nEMERGENCY REPAIRS FOR ADDITIONAL MOBILE HOME\nPARKS AND HOUSING UNIT MAINTENANCE SERVICES”\nMeeting of the Bell City Council and Related Agencies\nConsent Calendar\nThe following Consent Calendar items are expected to be routine and non-controversial.
