Approve a Professional Services Agreement with ADP, LLC to provide payroll\nprocessing, HRIS, compliance reporting, timekeeping, and related services for the City\nof Bell.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement, subject to final review and\napproval by the City Attorney.\n3.
