(City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council read by title only, waive further\nreading and adopt Resolution 2026-15 titled:\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BELL\nACCEPTING GRANT FUNDS FROM THE LOS ANGELES\nCOUNTY REGIONAL PARK AND OPEN SPACE DISTRICT –\nMEASURE A PLANNING AND DESIGN CATEGORY 3 GRANT

2. James George Bell House Building Exterior Repairs and Painting Project Award of\nConstruction Contract. (City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Award a construction contract in the amount of $164,000 to Color New Corp for the\nJames George Bell House Building Exterior Repairs and Painting Project\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute change orders to the project in a total amount\nnot to exceed $16,400 (ten percent of the bid amount) for any necessary additional\nwork.

Award a construction contract in the amount of $53,777 to UBD, Inc. for the Demolition\nof Buildings and Site Clearance at 6303 Pine Avenue, Bell, CA. 90201.\nMeeting of the Bell City Council and Related Agencies\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute change orders to the project in a total amount\nnot to exceed $5,378 (ten percent of the bid amount) for any necessary additional\nwork.

(City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve Amendment No. 3 with\nTranstech Engineers Inc. for contract building official, building inspector, and plan check\nrelated services.

5. Consideration of a one-year extension of the previously awarded False Alarm Management\nServices contract with PM AM Corporation. (City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve Amendment No. 1 to the\nagreement with PM AM Corporation, extending the term of the agreement for an additional\none-year period.
