(City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the purchase of\nMicrosoft Office 365, through Intelli-Tech from June 2026 to June 2027. This acquisition will\ncontinue to enhance our productivity, improve collaboration, and ensure we have access to\nthe latest tools and security features.

Consideration to approve Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement with Duke Studio, Inc. to\nincrease the budget by an additional $185,000 for FY 25/26, $460,000 for FY 26/27, and\nextend the term of the agreement until June 30, 2027, for Mobile Home Parks and Housing\nUnit Maintenance Services. (Bell Housing Authority)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the Chair and Members of the Board approve\nAmendment No. 4, and read by title only, waive further reading, and adopt Resolution No.\n2026-26 titled:\n“A RESOLUTION OF THE BELL COMMUNITY HOUSING\nAUTHORITY AUTHORIZING THE FY 2025-2026 BUDGET\nAMENDMENT TO TRANSFER $185,000 FROM THE BELL\nCOMMUNITY HOUSING AUTHORITY (BCHA) FUND BALANCE\nRESERVE TO THE CITY OF BELL GENERAL FUND FOR\nMAINTENANCE AND EMERGENCY REPAIRS FOR\nADDITIONAL MOBILE HOME PARKS AND HOUSING UNIT\nMAINTENANCE SERVICES”

Consideration of a one-year Agreement with Sun Ridge Systems, Inc. for software support\nand maintenance for the current Records Information and Management System (RIMS) used\nby the Bell Police Department. (City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve a one-year Agreement\nwith Sun Ridge Systems, Inc., extending the term of the current agreement for an additional\none-year period, from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $29,137.00,\nand authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement in a form approved by the City\nAttorney.

6. Award of Contract Services Agreement to Universal Protection Services, LP (DBA Allied\nUniversal Security Services) for Bell Police Jail Services. (City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve a new Contract Services\nAgreement for services between the City of Bell and Universal Protection Services, LP, for an\ninitial (3) three-year period, from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029, with two additional one-year\nextension options, extending the term of the Agreement, at the sole discretion of the City,\nthrough June 30, 2031, at an annual cost of $346,368.00 for the first two years and a 2%\nincrease in years (3) three and (5) five, culminating in a total cost not to exceed $1,046,031.36\nduring the initial term and $1,759,688.

7. Consideration to Reschedule the Annual City Council Reorganization. (City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council select July 22, 2026 as the\nCouncil reorganization date.\nConsent Calendar\nThe following Consent Calendar items are expected to be routine and non-controversial. They\nare acted upon by the City Council and related authorities at one time without discussion. The\nreading of the full text of ordinances and resolutions will be waived unless a Councilmember\nrequests otherwise.\nRecommendation: Approve agenda items 8 and 9.
