E Consideration and possible action to authorize the City Manager to execute\nAmendment No. 2 to the Public Works Contract for Specifications\nNo. 20/21-03, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with LCR Earthwork &\nEngineering Corp., for additional work for the Reconstruct City-Owned\nParking Lot Located at 9818 Artesia Boulevard Project.\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to\nexecute Amendment No. 2 to the Public Works Contract with LCR Earthwork for\nSpecifications No. 20/21-03, in a form approved by the City Attorney; or\n2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.

F Consideration and possible action to authorize the City Manager to issue a\nRequest for Qualifications to developers for residential development in the\ndowntown public parking lots west of Bellflower Boulevard, between\nFlower Street and Oak Street.\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Authorize the City Manager to issue a\nRequest for Qualifications for downtown residential development; or\n2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.

G Consideration and possible action to Adopt Resolution No. 23-11 – A\nResolution Amending the Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2022 2023 to\nprovide additional funding for Butterfly Garden Park (Specifications\nNo. 21/22-03); and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1\nto the Public Works Contract for Specifications No. 21/22-03, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney, with ABNY General Engineering, Inc., for\nadditional work for Butterfly Garden Park.\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 23-11; 2) Authorize the\nCity Manager, or designee, to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Public Works\nContract with ABNY for Specifications No. 21/22-03, in a form approved by the City\nAttorney; or 3) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
