A Resolution approving the Plans and Specifications for the Thompson Park\nImprovements – Installation of Outdoor Fitness Center (Specifications\nNo. 23/24-04) pursuant to Government Code §830.6, establishing a project\npayment account; and authorizing solicitation of bids.\nCEQA: Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) (Public\nResources Code §§ 21000, et seq.) and CEQA Guidelines (California Code of\nRegulations, Title 14, §§ 15000, et seq.), the City conducted an environmental\nassessment for the project consisting of an Initial Study and Mitigated Negative\nDeclaration.
